SAFETY & LIABILITY
The products sold by Tenacious Toys are not intended for children unless specifically stated so in the item description. MOST of the items we sell are pieces of art, and NOT children's toys. As such, unless stated otherwise, no product purchased from Tenacious Toys should be given to a person under the age of 15 years. By shopping at Tenacious Toys, you are expressly giving up your right to take legal action against Tenacious Toys and/or its owners for any injury that could occur by handling or owning the products. Furthermore, by shopping at Tenacious Toys, you are agreeing not to give or sell the product to a child under 15 years of age. Many of the items we sell are sharp or are choking hazards. Some of them may in fact be safety tested but unless otherwise noted in the item description, none of our products are intended for children. (Exception: Bunk Bots plush toys by Huge Factory are safety tested and are suitable for children of all ages.) PLAIN ENGLISH: Do not give small, dangerous designer toys to children, leave them unsupervised to choke on the toys, and then sue us. I am telling you right now that most of the items we sell are dangerous for children under 15 years old. In fact, a lot of the toys we sell are disgusting, morally destitute, offensive, perverted or otherwise completely unsuitable for a child. DO NOT GIVE ART TOYS TO CHILDREN. You will be solely responsible for warping their little malleable minds.


Typographical Errors
In the event that a Tenacious Toys product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Tenacious Toys reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Tenacious Toys reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Tenacious Toys shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Tenacious Toys without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
