When I sell stuff off on eBay I'm often asked (because something I might sell is 'similar' to something a possible buyer is looking for) if I have a particular item.
I tell them they could look up all the Independent shops, suss it out that-a-ways
but also always tell them to visit your shop and to ask you about it.
I tell them,
