Which shipping service should I choose?
  That depends how much you want to pay, and what features of the service are most important to you. In general, Fedex is sometimes a little more money, but Fedex has much better tracking than the USPS and actual reps that you can call if you have any questions.

(It should be noted that we have negotiated extremely favorable rates with Fedex. Domestic packages over 2 pounds and foreign packages under 1 pound tend to be cheaper with fedex!)

Regarding the speed of shipment, any customer on the East coast of the US will receive their package quickly, most likely in 1-3 days from the date we ship it, regardless of whether you choose USPS Priority Mail or Fedex Ground.

HOWEVER, customers in the midwest and the West coast of the US, Alaska & Hawaii & Puerto Rico, will get their packages faster by choosing USPS Priority. USPS Priority claims a ship time of 2-3 days no matter where in the US the package is going. Fedex makes no such claims for their Ground service. Fedex Ground from NYC to CA can sometimes take 4 or 5 days.

For international shipments, USPS First Class Mail is the cheapest, slowest and has no tracking.

USPS Priority Mail International usually takes 6-10 days, but can occasionally take longer depending on the customs office in the destination country. Priority Mail does NOT have tracking. Instead it has a Delivery Confirmation number that will be emailed to you and will only tell you when we purchased postage for the package, and when the packages is delivered. USPS Priority Mail will not tell you where your package is in between those 2 bar code scans.

USPS Express Mail International has a true tracking number, takes 3-5 days, and can be expensive.

Fedex Express International has excellent tracking and customer service. This ship method has 2 options: Economy (slow) and Priority (fast). Anything faster than Priority is exceptionally expensive. We have negotiated excellent discount on the Economy and Priority services. When you check out you may notice that they are almost the same price, due to our discounts. Feel free to choose Fedex Intl Priority, as it is faster! Most non-US customers ordering small packages (1 pound / 2.2 kgs or less) will find that Fedex will offer excellent rates and the best, most reliable service.

Fedex will always give you an estimated date of delivery!
Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, please email us. In some cases we may be able to set up shipping for your country, or alternatively we can send you a customized invoice through Paypal.
How much will shipping be for my order?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered several Shipping Method choices and their prices.
Our shopping cart "talks" to the US Postal and Fedex servers, so shipping quotes for your order are generated in real-time, based on the weight of the products in your shopping cart and the shipping destination you type in.
We currently offer the full range of Fedex and US Postal Service shipping options.
When will my order ship?
  We can usually ship in-stock items within 2 days of your order.

Preorders are shipped when they arrive and are subject to delays.
We are not able to email everyone personally regarding the timing of the arrival of all of preorder products, but following us via our email newsletter, facebook, our blog or twitter is a great way to keep up to date on developments of that nature.
What is the return policy?
  All sales are final.
If a product should arrive broken or significantly damaged in some way, please email us immediately to set up a return. Once we receive the product, we will issue the refund to your credit card or Paypal account.
