Who is Tenacious Toys?
How long has Tenacious Toys been around?
  Stephanie and Benny started buying and selling designer toys in 2004 with a few small in-store purchases and eBay sales. In 2005 they made it into the NY Toy Fair where they started placing bigger orders. In 2005 they also registered Tenacious Toys as a business in NY State and started developing a (very simple) website. Over the past 5 years they have worked tirelessly to create a fully functional website, perfect their customer service and shipping skills, and generally learn all the things one must figure out when running a business. It's an ongoing process!
What is Tenacious Toys all about, in a nutshell?
  Tenacious Toys is a full-service art toy boutique. Our goal is to create a fun, functional and interesting website for the trendsetting designer toy/art toy/lowbrow art community.
We like to stock products from big companies like Kidrobot and MINDstyle, as well as toys from small startups and lesser-known artists.
We are toy collectors servicing the toy community in the manner which we'd like to be served ourselves- with care, personal attention and respect.
Who runs Tenacious Toys?
  Tenacious Toys is a true mom & pop shop in that is is owned and operated by Stephanie and Benny, who are married! We live in NYC.
Benny handles most of the day-to-day operations like customer service, packing & shipping and the like.
Why should I shop at Tenacious Toys?
  Our customer service is top-notch. Benny handles every order personally, from processing the order to packing and shipping.
If there are any issues, Benny will take care of them. You can meet Benny in person at the NYCC and out and about at NYC-area toy releases and art shows. He's a real person and he really loves art toys!
