| How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order? |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. |
| How do I track my order? |

Please login to our website and click on "My Account". From there you will be able to monitor your order and retrieve your tracking numbers. In most cases the shipping company will email you your tracking info as well, so check your inbox for an email from the USPS or Fedex.
USPS Priority or USPS Express: The US Postal Service will send you an email with your tracking number as soon as we buy postage for your package.
FEDEX: You will receive several emails from Fedex: once when the Fedex driver picks up your package, and a final email when the package is delivered to you or dropped at your door. You may also receive additional emails from Fedex if the package is delayed or if there is a problem with delivery.
USPS First Class Mail International: You will receive your Customs Label number in the invoice we will email to you. Please look for the number that starts with LC and ends in US. That number is NOT a tracking number but if you go to www.usps.com and type it into the "Track and Confirm" field, it will give you the date and time that we brought your package to the Post Office. It will NOT give you any further information. |

If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. | When will my preorder arrive? |

We will post any available information about arrival dates of preorders. Please note that release dates of new toys can and do get pushed back very frequently. Neither we nor the manufacturers have any control over this. Delays are a fact of life in the designer toy industry. |
