SHIPPING
We now have at least 2 options for most customers, which you will choose from during checkout.
For the countries where we have the most customers, we have a discounted shipping option for items under 6". That goes for any order of plush or vinyl where ALL ITEMS are 6" tall or less.
For our US customers, we have an even cheaper option for Mini Figures only (that's order in which ALL ITEMS are toys 3 inches tall or smaller).
PLEASE only choose these options if your order qualifies, otherwise your order will be delayed while we contact you to pay for the difference.
We ship every business day and most Saturdays as well.
All domestic (U.S.) orders: default shipping is Fedex Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
All International orders: Fedex Economy, USPS 1st Class or USPS Priority International, depending on cost, delivery constraints and your personal preference.
For any order, domestic or foreign, we offer the full range of services from Fedex and USPS, including Priority and Express shipping.
Our default shipping method is always the best service that we can buy with the money we are given, and we would happily recalculate your shipping costs for you & rebill you for any shipping upgrades you may desire. We highly recommend Express Mail or Fedex for any order shipping to Mexico or any other destination where theft and loss is common. Contact us for a quote. We can accept no responsibility for lost and/or undelivered packages sent using USPS 1st Class Mail.
FYI: we have encountered recurring problems with the postal systems of: Mexico, Italy, Portugal, Turkey & occasionally Israel. We DEFINITELY recommend Fedex for delivery to those countries.
INSURANCE:
Urban vinyl toys can be expensive and irreplaceable. USPS Insurance is available for any order you place with us. We will be happy to provide an insurance quote via email or phone if you with to purchase insurance. We will do our best to work with you to come to a sensible shipping solution for small, expensive items that you wish to insure.
Shipping insurance is available for USPS Priority or Express orders for a nominal extra charge. If your order is over $50 you may want to consider shipping insurance. Please let us know if you would like to add insurance to your order. Insurance is not neccessary for Fedex as the packages are already covered.
USPS Insurance costs:
- $2.50 for packages valued between $50 - $99.99
- $3.50 for packages valued between $100 - $199.99
- $4.50 for packages valued between $200 - $299.99
- $5.50 for packages valued between $300 - $399.99
- $6.50 for packages valued between $400 - $499.99
PREORDERS
We accept preorders for toys from all companies EXCEPT Kidrobot & MINDstyle, each of which has a no-preorder policy for its retailers.
All products which we are accepting money for, but which are not yet in stock, will be clearly labeled "PREORDER" in all caps in the title of the item. The Availability of that item will show up onscreen as "In Stock" because anything we are selling will show up as "In Stock". This does NOT mean the item is physically in our possession. If it says PREORDER, it's not here yet.

NOTE: All release dates for all toys are supplied by the manufacturer and are subject to change without notice.
We are NOT responible for the delayed release of any toys! Most release dates are very optimistic and are often pushed back a month or two. Most Toy2R products are ordered through a wholesale importer and take 2+ months to arrive, so please be patient and just email us with any questions.
If you preorder an item and then start a Paypal dispute before the item has been released, you will be barred from purchasing from Tenacious Toys again in the future.

The exception: Canadian customers may send POSTAL MONEY ORDERS in US Dollars.
IMPORT TAXES: Any and all importation and/or customs fees incurred from the international shipment of your order must be paid for by the recipient of the package. We will do our part to keep those costs down but occasionally you will be required to pay a VAT or some sort of other tax once your package has been delivered.
You do NOT need a Paypal account to send payments via Paypal.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS from anyone.
Cash is not trackable and is easily stolen from the mail.
We will NOT accept credit card information that is emailed to us. Not only is that unsafe, it is the preferred method of phishers (people who search the internet in an attempt to steal credit card information). We have contacts at most major designer toy manufacturers. We are not able to stock every single toy ever made, but in many cases we can special-order a specific toy for you even if you don't see it for sale on our website.
