All sales and preorders are final. Most of our stock is either imported from overseas or produced in extremely limited quantities or both, which sometimes makes exchanges impossible. For our designer toys, you may find your product has slight variations. This is to be expected in any art piece and in fact makes your piece that much more unique.
Tenacious Toys always takes great care in packing and shipping your items so that they arrive safely.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. You may send the item back to us for an exchange, if we have a replacement, or a refund. Instead of charging our customers a restocking fee, returns and exchanges are shipped at the customer's expense.
Lost package claims:
- Domestic packages: Contact us at 1-347-2235-TOY or through email
- International orders (outside of the US): Please wait 30 days from the ship date to allow for customs delays before notifying us of a lost package.
